What happens when you are subjected to stress?

At times of stress or perceived stress, the adrenal glands, which are located above the kidneys, release the hormones adrenaline, noradrenaline, and cortisol into the bloodstream .

These hormones, which are also produced by nerve cells, are very powerful, stimulating chemicals, which affect almost every organ in our body, including the intestines, appendix, eyes, bladder and tonsils. These hormones switch off most metabolic activities, such as the digestive and reproductive systems, which are not needed at times of danger or perceived danger.

The release of these stimulating chemicals into the bloodstream is essential to us. In times of danger they give us the extra energy to help us to run away, or stay and fight (fight or flight.)

Unfortunately, in the modern world we have nowhere to run to, nor do we have the opportunity to fight the danger, even if we could see or understand what it is that is threatening us.

Because of this we have generated a new response to danger - we freeze, both mentally and physically. In modern times we have fight, flight or freeze.

Some of the first signs of the onset of stress on the body include alert breathing rhythms, quickening heart rate, raised blood pressure, nerve activation, muscle tension and release of essential body nutrients.

These are all designed to give the body the power to cope with danger, or perceived danger.

It is when we go into freeze mode that our body finds it difficult to dissipate the excessive build up of adrenaline, noradrenaline, and cortisol.

If we do not dissipate these hormones and their effects from our system, our ability to produce the vital defence substances known as Interferons is drastically reduced.

Interferons are antiviral proteins produced by cells that have been invaded by viruses. Cells that are under attack from viruses release Interferons to provide protection for other cells which may be open to attack from the invading viruses. They also provide protection against any other organism that tries to invade the body.

So, if we experience prolonged or excessive stress, not only is our body under direct attack from within, it is also far less able to defend itself from even simple external infections such as the common cold.

This makes it harder for your body to cope with a wide range of illnesses. The body and mind become more vulnerable to further stress, our general health declines, and we can enter a vicious downward spiral killing your immune system.

This can give rise to negative attitudes and actions.

Some of the negative effects of stress include:

Minor health problems, such as upset stomach, headache, colds, flu, back pain, muscle cramps and missed menstrual periods can increase. One can suffer a loss of confidence, and can gain a feeling of low self-esteem, a feeling of hopelessness and depression can set in.

A feeling of intense fatigue can follow you about all day. Even when you wake after sleep, you still feel fatigued and tired.

Sleep patterns can become distorted, waking at 3 or 4 A.M..

Indigestion and eating disorders

Self-blame, guilt, cynicism and a sense of total failure set in.

Anger and resentment at nothing in particular.

A feeling that something is missing.

You may find an extreme reluctance to go to work builds up, making it harder to face going to work each day.

Self confidence is lower.

Self esteem is lower.

Sex drive is lower.

Appetite can disappear or you may have a desire to go on an eating binge, especially with sweet, sugary foods

It is a known fact that tinnitus causes stress and anxiety, now it is also known that stress and anxiety will cause your tinnitus to get worse. Which brings us back to the classic tinnitus cycle:

The Vicious Circle: The Classic Tinnitus Cycle >>>>>

Tinnitus > Sleep Problems > Anxiety > Tinnitus > Sleep Problems > Stress > Tinnitus > Stress >>>> causing your stress levels to rise…..

Hello,

We have heard Two major concerns from our readers about the impending release of the new tinnitus formulas.

This update will address the *1 concern…

CONCERN: The biggest concern amongst our clients is SLEEP problems (insomnia).

Insomnia, which is Latin for “no sleep,” is the inability to fall asleep or remain asleep. Insomnia is also used to describe the condition of waking up not feeling restored or refreshed. According to Dr. Mark Mahowald, Professor of Neurology at the University of Minnesota Medical School and Director of the Minnesota Regional Sleep Disorders Center at Hennepin County Medical Center, insomnia refers to the inability to get the amount of sleep you as an individual need to wake up feeling rested.

Insomnia is the most common sleep complaint among tinnitus sufferers. It can be either acute, lasting one to several nights, or chronic, even lasting months to years. When insomnia persists for longer than a month, it is considered chronic. Below are the symptoms of insomnia:

*difficulty falling asleep
*waking up frequently during the night
*difficulty returning to sleep
*waking up too early in the morning
*unrefreshing sleep
*daytime sleepiness
*difficulty concentrating
*irritability

You may not see the connection yet, but after receiving years of feedback from tinnitus sufferers around the world, we have concluded that the biggest problems their tinnitus is causing has been:

*Concentration problems
*Inability to stay focused
*Being distracted all the time

Now all of these factors are also symptoms of not having a proper night’s rest (enough for your body), this is where your tinnitus comes back into play…

Let me explain: Your tinnitus is causing a loud ringing in your ears, this ringing is
causing you added stress & anxiety, which again causes your tinnitus levels to get worse (it’s a vicious circle), which then prevents you from being able to fall asleep, stay asleep, fall back to sleep or sleep a full night…

Outside of a cure, the most common desire of tinnitus sufferers is to be able to control their tinnitus rather than have it control them. A major factor in this is being able to sleep well and have the energy to face up to tinnitus every single day…

…Which is exactly why we have improved the already successful Alpha Tinnitus Formulas. We have now improved and added a 2 step dual action formula with 2 morning pills and 2 evening pills, the evening capsules will contain melatonin, which is a hormone naturally produced by the pineal gland that helps to control the body’s sleep-wake cycle.
Helping you get the rest you need to defeat tinnitus.

Concern *2:

We have heard Two major concerns from our readers about the impending release of the new tinnitus formulas.
This update will address the *2 concern…

CONCERN: The second biggest concern amongst our clients is STRESS.

Stress has be known to cause tinnitus in some cases, but it definately will increase the levels in your tinnitus if one is subjected to long continious periods of stress & anxiety…

…The Vicious Circle: The Classic Tinnitus Cycle >>>>>

Tinnitus -> Sleep Problems -> Anxiety -> Tinnitus -> Sleep Problems -> Anxiety…

Let me explain - traumatic events, stress, depression and most certainly anxiety effects the body and in particular a certain part of the brain. The Hypothalamus is a primitive part of the brain, situated below the third ventricle. It controls many systems in the body, including the pituitary gland, which in turn controls the endocrine organs and the autonomic nervous system. The Hypothalamus controls the production of those feel good chemicals your body needs to function normally.

When the Hypothalamus stops producing these essential chemicals as a result of anxiety or stress tinnitus almost always results. In conventional thinking, it was always and still is unheard of that the brain can be responsible for causing tinnitus. Tinnitus is after all an ear problem - right? NO WRONG!!!

The alpha stress remedy works by stimulating the Hypothalamus in order for it to function correctly and produce those feel good chemicals. As these chemicals are released into the body the healing starts taking place and thus the noise which is tinnitus gradually disappears. This particular remedy will not only help you achieve effective relief from your tinnitus but it will also help enormously with those feelings of stress & anxiety.

ANXIETY

What causes anxiety?

Essentially, anxiety can be caused by any situation which, in one sense or another, overwhelms our ability (whether real or perceived) to cope with it. As mentioned, it can be due to prior trauma (especially in early childhood), but in many cases (especially chronic ones), the causes are unknown. In some instances, it is suspected that an imbalance in serotonin levels have a role to play.

The borderline between “normal” everyday anxiety and the medically significant kind is somewhat indistinct: what some individuals regard as a normal concern about everyday events, others think of as anxiety. Even when ongoing anxiety can be explained by external environmental factors, it is sometimes difficult to say whether the individual experiencing it is better off with some medical treatment or should seek a change in circumstances.

It is a fact that tinnitus is known to cause anxiety, and as we now know that long continued periods of stress & anxiety will make the levels of your tinnitus worse.

That is why it is vital to control your stress effectively in your recovery from tinnitus, which is why we are also launching a stress formula which will work in conjunction with the new dual action tinnitus formulas to allow you to finally gain control of this terrible ailment….

…So keep looking for my emails which will keep you posted as whole event unfolds….
